the room had a powerful shower and toiletries were available in the bathroom. i found the location very convenient for accessing city amenities (oxford road train station is close). the staff was cute and friendly to me.
the room had limited space for unpacking clothes, and there was a small amount of hanging space.

the staff at reception were very helpful and kind (i appreciated their advice). the bar staff was accommodating when i asked for an alcohol-free beverage. they helped make it more interesting than just a standard soft drink.

the hotel provides easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. the tram is also close if you need transport outside the city center. i barely heard the tram as it stops running overnight, so sleep wasn't disrupted.

The location was very convenient with tram access nearby. The room included all necessary facilities and felt clean i found the check out time at midday ideal giving me plenty of time to rest.
the bedroom was small with not enough room for two people to walk past the bottom of the bed at the same time

The location proved convenient with the tram stop just outside (this made exploring the city very easy). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I especially liked the powerful, hot shower after a long day, it was just what I needed.
I found the lack of a minibar or refrigerator in the room to be a minor inconvenience. It would have been nice to store some drinks and snacks.
